Private Lessons:

Private Training is available in your home. I cover issues with: Potty Training; Resource Guarding; Obedience Work Reactivity; Fear/Shy Dog Issues; Separation Anxiety.

In private lessons, in addition to normal obedience and appropriate behaviors, I have worked with dogs with:

• Mild to moderate dog to dog aggression:
  I generally call this Dog Reactivity as the dog is many times "reacting" to a stimulus that it finds stressful. My limit is a dog who has drawn blood from people and/or dogs. I tackle these on a case by case basis. It depends on age, injury inflicted, level of reactivity and the willingness of the owner.

• Various behavioral issues:
  Mouthing, barking, resource guarding and chewing, shyness
  
  
• Training to be a service dog:
  Please be aware that while I do train service dogs, not every "pet" can become or is interested in becoming a service dog. An evaluation is done to see if the dog even has "potential". The amount of commitment from the owner on the training of this is monumental. If a dog does not have the mental capacity to do the work, it will NEVER become a service dog. It may be a well-trained dog, but the pressure and stress of certain situations will make it shut down, rendering it useless in a working situation.

The majority of private lessons are people who cannot commit to the schedule of classes, so teaching the dogs and people manners in their home is the typical. Each private lesson is geared towards what the client needs.

Price : $70.00 per session/hour $250.00 for package of 4 sessions
